DIRECTIONS TO 15 BROAD STREET, BOSTON:

Coming to 15 Broad Street and 75 State Street Garage From:

From Points North (Headed South):
I-93 South to Exit 24-A marked "Government Center". Follow the signs toward the "Aquarium" to the Southbound Surface Artery. Turn right at State Street. Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street. The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block.

From All Points South And The Mass Pike (Headed North):
I-93 North to Exit 23 to "Government Center". Stay in the left lane, turning left onto the Southbound Surface Artery. Turn right at State Street. Continue three blocks and turn left onto Broad Street. The garage entrance for 75 State Street is on the right, midway on the first block.

From All Points West:
East on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), use Exit 24B to I-93 Northbound to enter the Central Artery Tunnel and proceed North about 1/2 mile underground to Exit 23. (Continue following the directions from all points South.)

From Logan Airport:
Use Exit 24-25 on the westbound Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) located after leaving the Ted Williams Tunnel. The exit ramp runs parallel to I-90 for almost 1/2 mile until it enters the northbound Central Artery Tunnel. Proceed North about 1/2 mile underground to Exit 23. (Continue following directions from all points South)

Leaving 75 State Street Garage Going Towards:

I-93 North or Callahan Tunnel/Logan Airport:
At the end of the garage ramp, exit left onto Broad Street. Take next left onto State Street. Take Right at first traffic light onto Congress Street. Take right at second traffic light onto North Street. Choose either Expressway North or Callahan Tunnel, the Callahan Tunnel will take you to Logan Airport.

I-93 South or Mass Pike exit (I-90 West):
At the end of the garage ramp, take a right onto Broad Street. Drive down to the end of Broad Street and take a right onto Franklin Street. At the second set of lights, turn left onto Congress Street. At the second set of lights, turn right onto the Surface Artery. Stay left to enter the I-93 South entrance ramp. Stay on the Surface Artery to enter the ramp for I-93 south to the Mass Pike I-90 West.

*The 75 State Street Garage is open and professionally staffed 24 hours a day. Richardson and Tyler, LLP is located directly next to the State Street Garage. Expect to experience detours as well as minor traffic jams due to the Big Dig.

DIRECTIONS TO 3 CABOT PLACE, STOUGHTON:

From North:

Take Route 128 to Route 24 South. Take first exit: Exit 20B (Route 139/Stoughton).

From South:

Take Route 24 North. Take 3rd Stoughton exit: Exit 20B (Route 139/Stoughton).

(Continue following the directions for "all visitors" below.)

All visitors:

On Route 139, at first light (about 1/4 mile), turn right onto Page Street.

At first buildings on right (about 1/8 mile), turn right into parking lot for Cabot Place.

Three Cabot Place is the last building on the left.
